Payments

We accept payments online via Paypal.

We will also accept payment via bank transfer – in which case please contact us for the relevant details, or of course, cheque by post – in which case please allow two to three working days for us to process your order.

VAT

We are often asked by customers inside the EU but outside Ireland if we can process orders without charging VAT. Should you be able to provide us with a valid EU VAT registration number we will be happy to process your order without applying VAT.

Delivery

We take seriously our commitment to offer a swift and reliable service. For customers in Ireland we offer a next-day service using Fastway. However, please ensure that orders are placed before midday to guarantee this.

For customers outside Ireland we use TNT . Typically, the economy option is less expensive but may take 4-5 working days. By air, if the requirement is urgent, the cost works out more (in both cases volumetric weight is the determining factor) however delivery will usually take only 1-2 working days.
